Now is more important then ever for us to continue to support you in these challenging times. We believe that there will be three main things that will guide us all through; integrity, discipline & routine.
Integrity: Integrity is about remaining true to your values and being honest with yourself. One of the biggest things that has been taken away from us all is accountability to train – knowing someone is waiting for you to show up. Remain true to your values and show up for you.
Discipline: Discipline stems directly from integrity, your values are to create a healthy you – mentally and physically. In order to maintain this you’ve got to show up for yourself regardless of the circumstances. It’s about putting your health and fitness first and sticking to your routine (or creating a new and improved one) regardless of the fact you can’t train in a gym for this period.
Routine: Most of our daily routines have been drastically changed for the time being, so why not use this time to create a BETTER one. Try getting up at the same time daily, get dressed, schedule your workouts in with yourself and DO THEM, we’ve been given an opportunity to start fresh. Why not use it positively.
Isolation Workout finishers
Use these three burners as finishers, or only have a few minutes? Use these as your workout for the day.
1. Burpees EMOM (every minute on the minute) – complete 6-10 burpees every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, make sure you hit the same number EVERY round.
2. Set a 10 minute timer and work hard! Start with 2 reps of each exercise and +2 each round until the timer is up – mountain climbers (each side), pushups, squat jumps, plank jacks, reverse lunges (each side).
3. 10 reps of each for 10 rounds; snap jumps, pop squats, inchworms & reverse crunches.
